Verizon Wireless will join the fraternity of corporations who openly whore their customers for money in a move that has inspired outrage among privacy buffs, and cheers among advertisers. The telecommunications giant claims spying on its customers is good for business.
One example cited was that a local diner could target advertisements to customers within a 20 mile radius.
Sounds like peasant tracking to those who consider themselves citizens of the so called truth movement, and we agree.
