***IMPORTANT UPDATE*** Miami Heat are the 2012 NBA Finals Champions
It’s official; the Miami Heat are going to the 2012 NBA Finals 2 years after LeBron James and Chris Bosh decided to take their talents to South Beach.
The Boston Celtics played a great game and had me scared at first but deep down in my gut, I knew they would pull it off; especially after watching LeBron James have one of the most amazing NBA Playoff performances in history. In case you missed it, he had 45 points and on his historic performance:
“In an environment like this, you want to have a bi game. I wanted to be there for my teammates, no matter what was going on throughout the course of the game. This was a gut-check for us.” -LeBron James
LeBron later described it as just focusing on what he had to do.
The Miami Heat sent the Boston Celtics home after pulling away in the 4th for a 101 – 88 win.
Chris Bosh showed to night that he is just as valuable to this Miami Heat roster as LeBron and Wade after making history with 3 big 3-pointers throughout the game. Bosh never hits 3′s so this was HUGE.
By far, the most exciting play was when LeBron caught the ally-oop from Wade on the fast-break and slammed it down with 2 hands over Rondo.
I got a good feeling about the Miami Heat this year. Now let’s see what they are going to do to Kevin Durant and the OKC Thunder.
